SHIPPING PROCESS

  • Correctly submitted orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on lebent.com.au are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
  • Standard Shipping usually takes 3-6 days and 7-14 days for locations outside Australia.

  • Express Shipping is available for domestic Australian orders and usually takes 1-2 days in metro ares and up to 3-4 days in regional areas. If you require a faster service, drop our customer service team an email and they can assist.
    • We pack every order with care and do our best to secure your order in a biodegradable bag or recyclable carton so it arrives to you safely with the lowest environmental impact possible. However, once your order has dispatched from our facility and is in the hands of the courier or postal service, we cannot accept responsibility for shipping delays, damaged, lost or stolen items.

      • Shipping outside Australia: $35*
        *Taxes and duties are payable by the customer on any international shipments.
    • I'm international and don't want to pay international shipping*. Shop local:

      GETTING IT RIGHT

      • Address confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If an incorrect address is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately to update correct details.
      • If you wish to make changes to your order once it has been paid, we can do so until the time of dispatch within reason. Once your order has been dispatched and is on it's way to you, we will not be able to assist with any changes to the order. Please note that any changes made to orders may delay the dispatch time and ultimately slow the order arriving to you.
      • Multiple discounts or discount codes cannot be applied to an already discounted sales item or "bundled" product package.

      A Note To Our Community,

      In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), our warehouse facilities have implemented additional measures for the safety of staff and their families. While there have been no major impacts to our average dispatch times for online orders and order processing, there may be a small delay in dispatching your order.

      We appreciate your understanding in these times and are doing everything we can to continue to be available to provide the best customer service - we will continue helping you find that perfect sock or first-on-skin layer, keep you stoked about our new product releases and share the froth from our awesome athlete team and rad community. How does this impact your order shipment? Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. However, our carriers continue to deliver worldwide.

      Domestically, operations continue as normal but may impact delivery time. While you may not experience any delay, we will continue to provide you with the most up to date information.
