Competition Description

The Rhythm Snowsports x Le Bent Gear Giveaway ("Competition") gives Australian residents over the age of 18 the chance to win $600 worth of Le Bent Gear and a $150 Rhythm Snowsports voucher. By entering their contact details, participants will be eligible for the prize draw.

Competition Duration

The Competition will run from 8am on Monday, 17th July until 11:59pm on Friday, 21st July ("Competition Period").

Eligibility

• The Competition is open to all Australian residents, except employees of Le Bent and Rhythm Snowsports.
• Participants must be over 18 years of age to enter the Competition.
• Entry into the Competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Entry Procedure

1. To be eligible for the prize draw, participants must fill out the form hosted on the Le Bent Australia website during the Competition Period.
2. Participants must provide their first name, last name, email address, and agree to the terms and conditions to complete their entry.

Judging Criteria and Selection Process

• The winner will be randomly selected using a random number generator from all eligible entrants.
• The winner will be contacted via email by a representative of Le Bent on Wednesday, 26th July.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the entry will be considered void, and another winner will be randomly selected using the same process. This will continue until a winner can be contacted.

Prizes

The winner will receive the following prize:

• 1 x $150 Rhythm Snowsports voucher
• 1 x Le Bent Core Balaclava
• 1 x Core Bottoms
• 1 x Core Crew Top
• 1 x Core Targeted Cushion Snow Sock

• By entering the Competition, participants agree to be contacted by Le Bent and Rhythm Snowsports for marketing activities.
• Participants' personal information, including email addresses, will be used solely for the purpose of notifying and contacting the winner and for marketing activities.

Disqualification and Termination

• Non-compliance with these terms and conditions will result in the disqualification of entries from the Competition.
• Le Bent and Rhythm Snowsports reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

Amendments and Termination

• Le Bent and Rhythm Snowsports reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
• Le Bent and Rhythm Snowsports also reserve the right to terminate the Competition at any time and for any reason.
